Best Buy! The Miller family farmed this white Rhône variety at a bit more than 4 tons per acre off their Black Rock Vineyard site, and their work with 85% stainless steel fermentation presents this with a brighter acid profile than many you’ll find in the Pacific Northwest. Aromas of pink grapefruit, cotton candy, orange Circus Peanut candy and fresh-cut celery lead into a striking structure of Asian pear, quince, honeydew melon and lime. Suggested pairings include pasta, port, salmon and stir-fry.
