Best Buy! Evergreen Vineyard, perhaps Washington state’s top site for Riesling, contributes mightily to this floral and tropical bottling that’s just a touch off-dry at 2% residual sugar. There is a theme of Juicy Fruit gum, apple blossom, lime and lemon both in the nose. Between the gums, it leads with apricot and piña colada flavors, backed by a pleasing spritz to the orange acidity and a hint of honeysuckle in the finish. Enjoy with spicy Asian or Mexican fare.
