Best Buy! Precept executive Dave Minick founded this label in Prosser, Wash., which he named for his vineyard, and the legacy of his work with white wines continues. There’s a tiny drop of blush in the color and aromas of apple blossom, lime, minerality and beeswax. It follows with a bright attack of white peach, Gala apple and pear flavors, surrounded by more minerality and crisp acidity to balance the residual sugar (0.6%). The success of this prompted an increased production of 50 percent from 2012.
