Seattle Sodo winemaker Tom Stageland creates a Sagemoor Farms Sem-Sauv with barrel-influenced Semillon from Dionysus Vineyard and stainless-steel fermented Sauvignon Blanc off sister site Bacchus. Its rich and oaky nose offers hints of apple blossom, cooked mango, papaya, lime and lemon bitters. On the pour, there’s a rich and oaky theme that includes Bosc pear. On the midpalate, juicy tropical fruit takes over, leading to a cleansing rush of citrus acidity with a finish of lime peel. These wine are available at Arista Wine, Artisan Wine Gallery, All Things Wine, Black Door Wine, Chocolate Box, City Cellars, Compass Wines, Esquin, Full Throttle Bottles, Melrose Grill, Olympic Cellars, Palace Kitchen, Pike & Western, QFC at University Village, The Grape Choice, The Wine Alley, West Seattle Cellars and Wine World.
