Inviting aromas of lime, gooseberry and passion fruit include just a hint of tomcat. There’s an abundance of briskness on the palate with more gooseberry and lime juice, joined by kiwi, starfruit, celery leaf and a long finish of grapefruit. Suggested pairings include summertime salads, creamy chèvre and Pacific Halibut with Grapefruit Beurre Blanc.
