Using Chardonnay as the base wine, his latest Peach Breeze is reminiscent of a Yakima Valley peach sundae, offering aromas and flavors of Cling peach, apricot preserves and wildflowers. With its residual sugar of 2 percent, enough balance is achieved to make this a tasty brunch wine or porch-pounder, best served with a good chill.
