Bryan Weil’s path to become a winemaker for cardiologist Madaiah Revana started off in a professional kitchen and emerged as the wine steward at the famed Joel Palmer House not far from the base of the Dundee Hills. The approach to this charming rosé hints at Provence with its delicate color, the result of his avoiding skin contact with the juice. Four months in 100% neutral French oak allows for enticing orchard blossoms and spun sugar lead to a bright structure of pink strawberry, nectarine and lemongrass with a finish of pomelo.
