Eastern Washington University graduate Mark Lathrop has amassed 14 Platinum Awards in just the past three years, and this collaboration with the Willams family at Kiona becomes his first for rosé. The TAHIJA label is a pet project for his wife, Sarah, and it’s a delicious, food-friendly rosé that hits on notes of ripe strawberry, Mandarin orange and crushed bay leaves, capped by Red Delicious apple skin and dried apricot.
